Job Title: Regional Field Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Field Sales Representative to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our Oral Care brands, including Oral-B and Blend-a-Dent, to dental professionals and customers in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales experience in the dental or pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver's license
