Job Description

The Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the Strategic field sales organization. This position requires collaboration with Strategic and Global Account field sales representatives and the marketing organization to qualify leads and generate demand.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled German Speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions and experience working with senior IT Management.

Responsibilities
  • Support Global Accounts in the DACH market
  • Identify areas of growth and expansion opportunities within Global Accounts
  • Prospect and conduct research on accounts using various tools
  • Develop comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts
  • Execute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at events and webinars
  • Use CRM-Salesforce.com to track activities
  • Meet defined KPIs
Qualifications
  • Experience working with senior IT Management
  • Understanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions
  • Experience using a CRM, specifically Salesforce.com
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, cold calling experience
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in German and English
