About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Dorel Juvenile. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in Austria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Maintain and improve distribution and sales performance across key retailers
  • Deliver effective training programs to retailers and their staff
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer relationships
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the juvenile products industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Experience with Salesforce or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
