Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Maintain and improve distribution and sales performance across key retailers
- Deliver effective training programs to retailers and their staff
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer relationships
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the juvenile products industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Experience with Salesforce or other ERP systems is a plus
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
