Sales Development Representative Job Description

At Dynatrace, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in the DACH market. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our Strategic field sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Global Accounts in the DACHmarket to identify areas of growth and expansion opportunities
  • Prospect and conduct research on accounts using various tools, including Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's usage of Dynatrace, business issues, and other relevant information
  • Create comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts
  • Execute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, webinars, and create broad awareness of the Dynatrace platform
