Job Overview
Dynatrace is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Development Representative to join our team in Vienna. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building and implementing an effective sales pipeline strategy, driving new logo acquisitions, and generating fully qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth through proactive outbound prospecting into target organizations
- Develop and execute a strategic sales approach using various tools and technologies
- Qualify and build sales pipeline through inbound leads gained from events, downloads, trials, and webinars
- Gather sales intelligence on customers' situations, needs, issues, and decision processes
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date prospect data is maintained within Salesforce
- Become an expert on Dynatrace's products and their value proposition to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers
Requirements
- Native-level German language skills required
- Prior experience in Sales Development within an Enterprise Software environment
- Ability to think strategically and adapt sales approach to various prospects
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent internal working relationships with stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
