Job Overview

Dynatrace is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Development Representative to join our team in Vienna. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building and implementing an effective sales pipeline strategy, driving new logo acquisitions, and generating fully qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth through proactive outbound prospecting into target organizations
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales approach using various tools and technologies
  • Qualify and build sales pipeline through inbound leads gained from events, downloads, trials, and webinars
  • Gather sales intelligence on customers' situations, needs, issues, and decision processes
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date prospect data is maintained within Salesforce
  • Become an expert on Dynatrace's products and their value proposition to customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers

Requirements

  • Native-level German language skills required
  • Prior experience in Sales Development within an Enterprise Software environment
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt sales approach to various prospects
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent internal working relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
