Sales Development Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at MeisterLabs Software GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and engage potential customers
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for our sales team
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to craft and execute outreach strategies
- Utilize various tools and strategies to research and identify potential customers within target markets
- Explore opportunities to expand our existing customer base
- 1+ years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably as an SDR in a SaaS environment
- Outbound experience, including cold calls and pitching to customers
- Prospecting skills, including leveraging tools to engage prospects across various channels
- Results-driven approach to achieving targets
- Operational excellence, staying focused on growing the pipeline
- Technical proficiency in tools such as Dealfront, SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Industry knowledge, including the SaaS landscape and target verticals
- Language skills, including proficiency in German and English
- Excellent communication skills, including articulating thoughts and expressing ideas effectively
- Growth-oriented mindset, seeking feedback and motivated to grow in sales
