Your Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Asset Development Specialist to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting project planning, including creating key figures, developing calculations, and providing strategic support throughout all phases.
  • Communicating with authorities and external stakeholders through regular reporting.
  • Commissioning external contractors, such as project planners, civil engineers, lawyers, construction companies, and consultants, and coordinating their work steps.
  • Creating internal presentations and business models for ongoing reporting to monitor the success of asset development strategies.
  • Reviewing legal documents.
  • Participating in working groups with the Austrian team on various topics.

Your Competences

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial or technical training, or basic knowledge of business administration or law.
  • Basic knowledge of renewable energies, technology, or the property industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, negotiation skills, a pragmatic approach, and personal responsibility.
  • Confidence in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A professional, friendly, and communicative demeanor.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (approximately 25%).
