Site-Supervisor Role with Global Opportunities

We're currently seeking a MECHANICAL SITE SUPERVISOR to join our team in international plant construction, specifically in the field of hydroelectric power station construction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage work processes to ensure timely completion, adherence to technical specifications, and high-quality results.
  • Plan and allocate tasks effectively, monitor progress against targets, and devise work schedules to meet deadlines and key milestones.
  • Support Site Managers in planning works to avoid conflicts with other projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and provide guidance on installation matters.
  • Advise directly employed staff and subcontractors on best practices and supervise their work.
  • Manage deliveries, goods, and materials required for the project.
  • Prepare comprehensive site reports and attend site management meetings.
Requirements
  • A completed technical education, such as an apprenticeship as a metal worker or a higher technical college degree.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • A high level of motivation, initiative, and flexibility.
  • Willingness to travel extensively worldwide and cultural understanding.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrate assertiveness, communication skills, and reliability.
  • Familiarity with MS Office 365 and basic application skills in MS Project.
  • Basic knowledge of contract and claim management.
  • A valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional site supervision experience in international plant construction sites, preferably in hydroelectric power station construction.
