External Relations Director

Key Accountabilities
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance our corporate reputation and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Manage external communication, including media relations, stakeholder publications, events, and campaigns
• Organize internal events, contribute to the Inside Magazine, and handle various internal announcements
• Support issues related to the JTI Collection and supervise the Coordinator function in community investment activities
• Provide communication expertise for various cross-functional projects across CRM, Finance, HR, and other functions
Requirements and Qualifications
• University degree in Law, Politics, Economics, or Communication
• Extensive work experience in Corporate Affairs/Public Affairs Corporate Communication, Media Relations, and Corporate Sponsoring (7+ years)
• Proficiency in German and English
• Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in stakeholder engagement
