Job Description

We are looking for a Service Technician (m/w/d) for Bosch/Siemens Household Appliances in Vienna. As a member of our service team, you will ensure that our high-quality household appliances from various brands run smoothly. To achieve this, you will:

  • Efficiently repair and maintain household appliances using your own service vehicle and modern equipment (iPad, special tools, and measurement and testing devices)
  • Provide our customers with competent guidance on operating and maintaining household appliances
  • Proactively offer additional accessories to our customers
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in an electrical or mechatronics field (e.g., Mechatronics Technician or Electrical Technician)
  • Desirable: experience in the household appliances industry and customer service
  • Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor, precise work habits
  • Enjoyment of independent work in the field
  • Valid driving license (Class B)
