Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the industrialization of trapped-ion quantum processors
- Develop and advance photonic interface technology for ion trap chips
- Collaborate with commercial partners to co-develop next-generation QPUs
- Engage with academic partners to develop research projects
- Supervise master and PhD students

Your Role:
- Be a key member of our trapped-ion quantum processor development team
- Contribute to the advancement of photonic interface technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ion trap chips into QPUs
- Work with commercial partners to co-develop next-generation QPUs
- Engage with academic partners to develop research projects

What We Are Looking For:
- Highly motivated individual with a passion for quantum computing and its applications
- Strong technical skills in semiconductor manufacturing, quantum optics, and/or trapped-ion quantum computing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
