Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an architectural target image for our systems in rail logistics, focusing on the MIKE platform.
  • Develop technical solution strategies and architecture designs based on product requirements, collaborating with product managers and agile delivery teams.
  • Participate in overarching IT architecture initiatives and contribute to shaping the industry through international railway committees.
  • Conduct proof-of-concepts and feasibility analyses, and support the replacement of existing technologies.
  • Ensure architecture checks for new IT demands and requirements, and actively participate in the ÖBB architecture community.

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT, logistics, or railway technology, with a university or college degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in domain architecture in agile digitalization projects, with a strong understanding of state-of-the-art IT technologies.
  • Ability to shape topics independently and make decisions, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English and a solid knowledge of German.
