We are shaping the future of job search and recruiting at hokify. Our motto is 'Easy to do-it-jobs', making it easier and less complicated for companies and job seekers to fill vacancies. As a fast-growing scale-up with around 100 employees, we are seeking individuals who share our passion for tech and innovation.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at hokify, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Nuxt based frontend solutions. This enables seamless interaction between companies and job seekers, allowing them to quickly find suitable matches. Additionally, you will work on Progressive Web Applications for cross-device usage, ensuring our application can be used on mobile devices as well.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing frontend components in a modular, scalable, and maintainable way
  • Collaborating with the product team to create new features
  • Identifying and resolving bugs, including database query performance analysis
  • Refactoring code to improve performance and maintainability
  • Optimizing software stacks to stay up-to-date
  • Continuously developing products, adhering to our 'never settle' philosophy
Our Tech Stack:
  • Node.js (Express, TSOA, Inversify, Typescript) for backend development
  • Nuxt / Vue.js (Typescript, Tailwind, SCSS) for frontend development
  • CapacitorJS for web native mobile PWA development
  • Monorepo using pnpm for frontend and backend code management
