Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Cloud-basierten Sicherheitsprodukten und -lösungen
  • Beratung von Kunden bei technischen Anforderungen und Ableitung von Sicherheitskonzepten
  • Betreuung von Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsprodukten von namhaften Herstellern bei Kunden
  • Unterstützung im laufenden Betrieb und Fehleranalyse auf 2nd und 3rd Level Niveau
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und Arbeitspaketverantwortung in Projekten

Ihr Profil

  • Überzeugte Teamplayer und Freude an der technischen Betreuung von Großkunden
  • Professionelles Auftreten gegenüber wertvollen Business-Kunden
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Expertenwissen im Security- und Netzwerk-Umfeld
  • Bereitschaft zur laufenden persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Hohe Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
