Salary

The estimated monthly salary for this position is approximately €2,229 gross, with a compensation package significantly above the minimum salary according to the collective agreement.

Job Description

This role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Design to bring range development projects to life from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date management of PLM data, including creation, modification, and maintenance of technical design specifications.
  • Engaging in fittings alongside the dedicated teams from development, pattern, and sourcing to ensure our products meet the highest standards of fit, quality, and style.
  • Ongoing exploration of the latest trends and cutting-edge innovations in the market, staying at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operation, such as organizing photo shoot setups, arranging fabrics and trims, and helping with collection presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
  • An understanding of menswear design and trends, with graphic design skills being a plus.
  • Strong IT design skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • First-hand experience with PLM systems.
  • A strong passion and genuine interest in the industry.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and able to multitask and work well under pressure with pace.
