We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Menswear Design Expert to join our team at AlphaTauri. As a Creative Fashion Designer, you will play a key role in elevating our menswear designs by creating strong designs and implementing research trends and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Design to bring range development projects to life from inception to completion.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of PLM data, including creation, modification, and maintenance of technical design specifications.
  • Engage enthusiastically in fittings alongside dedicated teams from development, pattern, and sourcing to ensure that products meet the highest standards of fit, quality, and style.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry developments by exploring the latest trends and cutting-edge innovations in the market.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operation, such as organizing photo shoot setups, arranging fabrics and trims, and helping with collection presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Understanding of menswear design and trends. Graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Strong IT design skills in Illustrator / Photoshop/ InDesign.
  • First PLM-User experience.
  • Strong passion and genuine interest in the industry.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and able to multitask and work well under pressure with pace.
Compensation:

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
