Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Social Media Manager to oversee our global social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a knack for producing engaging content that connects with targeted audiences. You will be responsible for captivating communities across various social media platforms through distinctive tone and compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative concepts from initial ideas to finished products.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and current trends to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Possess a solid foundation in 360-degree digital marketing and provide high-level consulting to international clients.
  • Create visually appealing content and produce engaging video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Demonstrate excellence in copywriting and content development tailored for social media.
  • Craft on-brand messaging for social media posts and advertising campaigns.
  • Stay informed about social media marketing principles and best practices, adapting to the evolving digital environment.
  • Bring experience from the creative or advertising sectors, showcasing a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Oversee brand social media channels, execute creative content strategies, and manage project workflows.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
  • Have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a creative agency environment.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
