Your Future Responsibilities
  • You will co-lead the development of advanced machine learning models within a meteorological context.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of large datasets and identify complex weather patterns.
  • Closely collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of meteorologists, data scientists, and software developers.
  • E nsure seamless integration of machine learning and AI technologies into existing meteorological systems.
  • Diligently validate and continuously monitor forecast models, as well as perform comprehensive modeling of meteorological processes.
What You Need to Be Successful
  • Proven expertise in data cleaning and accurate prediction of meteorologically driven variables (e.g., wind and solar energy) using leading AI/ML technologies.
  • A degree in Meteorology, Atmospheric Physics, or a related field.
  • Solid programming experience in Python, with extensive knowledge of applying open-source ML libraries (such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong team orientation and outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate in a dynamic environment.
