Your Mission

As our Graphic/Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling graphics assets and videos for campaigns, white papers, events, booths, and other marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with the content team to understand project briefs and deliver high-quality designs that align with performance goals.

  • Create visually engaging motion graphics that align with the company's brand and messaging, collaborating with design teams across different time zones.
  • Choose appropriate music tracks that complement the narrative of the videos and enhance storytelling.
  • Assist in the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media content, and website design.
  • Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
  • Work with other functional areas to ensure effective continuous improvement.
Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive, creative individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design. You should be proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, Procreate, and animation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Enthusiastic about understanding how the business works to create visually compelling stories and committed to staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Willing to be flexible, take feedback constructively, and adapt to changes in a collaborative and elevating manner.
  • Professional awareness of industry trends in motion graphics and software.
  • Ability to innovate and stay ahead of the curve in the field.
  • Experience in graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • German language skills are a nice-to-have but not required.
Bonus Points

Experience in a Startup environment, Supply chain industry knowledge, and any additional languages like French or Spanish will be considered a plus.
