Strategic HR Business Partner for Global Markets

A challenging opportunity to partner with AOP Health leaders in the Commercial Organisation to support strategic and operational HR business objectives. You will act as an internal advisor, providing advice and coaching across all elements of the employee lifecycle.
About the RoleAs a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand the current and future needs of the business and ensuring the implementation of the global HR strategy
- Assisting leaders with strategic planning and forecasting needs regarding people and organisational culture
- Collaborating with leaders to co-design their areas in terms of organisational development (e.g. planning of required positions and development of talents)
- Making recommendations about ways to enhance workplace and the culture of AOP Health based on your business insights
You will also oversee the employee life cycle, ensuring that our global standards are fulfilled (e.g. performance management, reward and recognition, talent management, employee development). Additionally, you will monitor the employee engagement in your area and develop measures to increase sustainably the employee satisfaction.

About the BenefitsThe gross annual salary for this position is at least €98,000 plus bonus and social benefits. An attractive package depending on experience and skills will be offered. The opportunity to work remotely and be in Vienna for about 2 weeks per month is also available.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- Completed (business administration) studies with a specialization in HR or comparable education
- 7+ years of professional experience with 2 years in a lateral leadership role, ideally in a HR role
- Pharma/Life Science industry experience, preferably in support of commercial/country organisations and experience working in international companies with matrix organisation preferred
- Experience in Change Management
- Solution-oriented work approach, as well as ability to think outside the box
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and influence across the matrix organisation
- Well organized, able to focus on several issues and prioritize effectively
- Experience in coaching, open for feedback and driving leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German
- Readiness to travel on a regular basis to the countries in your charge
