Design and Implement Machine Learning Models

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Operations Engineer to help us pioneer the future of banking in Central and Eastern Europe.

Your role will involve designing and implementing machine learning models with a focus on operational deployment and scalability.

You will work within the Databricks platform to create robust data pipelines and machine learning workflows.

Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for model deployment and management.

Integrate and adapt Large Language Models and Generative AI tools to enhance operational processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

Monitor, analyze, and operate machine learning models in production.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in machine learning operations (MLOps) and related technologies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering with a focus on operations.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with Databricks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent knowledge of English; German is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Nice to have Certifications in Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes, or related technologies.
