Order Management Specialist Customer Service f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process orders for spare parts, repairs, services, and warranty requests for AVL test and measurement systems, from creation to delivery and invoicing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries on all order processing topics.
  • Handle customer returns for repair and warranty processing.
  • Prepare spare parts quotations.
  • Manage international invoicing and shipping.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as the export department.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed education with a focus on economics.
  • At least three years of professional experience in order management.
  • Good SAP knowledge and Sales Force an advantage.
  • High customer orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and self-organize.
  • Enjoy communicating with customers, suppliers, and cross-departmental communication.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation.
