The Job Description

This role is part of our Cluster Performance Engineering Team where you will focus on Dynatrace Platform performance analysis and improvements, identify bottlenecks, and resolve them in collaboration with development teams.


Main Responsibilities
  • Optimize the product setup for maximum performance.
  • Analyze and improve the scalability and resilience of the Dynatrace Platform.
  • Contribute to non-functional requirements ensuring end-to-end continuous performance test coverage.
  • Work with Site Reliability Engineering colleagues on in-depth analysis of problems in production and improve the automation framework for performance- and load-testing.

About You

To succeed in this role, you need technical studies related to Information Technology or Computer Science and experience in Java backend software development and Linux system engineering with a cloud native mindset.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise with some of the following technologies: Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Apache Cassandra, Gatling, Jenkins.
  • Basic knowledge of load-testing, performance diagnosis, and Java profiling.
  • Passion for performance optimization.

Benefits

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
