About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Refractory M&A and Corporate Development Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and development through mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for M&A and corporate development initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive deal execution and integration
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on business development and growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Technical university degree in a relevant field
  • Profound understanding of M&A processes and transaction cycles, with expertise in valuation models and financial insights
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of legal aspects of transactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a concise manner
  • Profound industry expertise and business acumen
