Finance Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations & Processes Business Analyst to join our team at Vienna Insurance Group. As a key member of our Group Finance & Regulatory Reporting team, you will play a critical role in supporting the installation and enhancement of our Group-wide SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities- Support VIG insurance companies in the implementation and optimization of SAP systems, including FPSL, NewGL, BW, SEM-BCS, and S/4 HANA.
- Participate in the group-wide S/4 HANA Transformation project, focusing on business-side activities.
- Coordinate and describe finance-related requests, providing support throughout the request life cycle.
- Support Group companies through Group reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Liaise with various specialist departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to finance-related projects, with a focus on SAP systems and process optimization.
- Ensure the fulfillment of user acceptance tests (UATs) and related documentation for the implementation and modification of the UAT strategy.

Requirements- Relevant degree in business informatics, finance, or accounting.
- Relevant professional experience as an interface function between business and IT.
- Profound knowledge and experience in working with SAP systems, ideally with S/4 HANA.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international working environment.
- Reliability and high ability to work under pressure, with an independent and responsible approach.
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a monthly minimum salary of EUR 3,138.19 gross, based on full-time employment (37.5 hours/week). Our remuneration package is market-compliant, and we will discuss your salary based on your qualifications and experience in a personal interview.
