Job Summary

Lam Research is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for project and resource planning, managing hardware development and system integration, and directing daily activities of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project and resource planning for engineering projects
  • Managing of hardware development and system integration interfacing with electrical and software engineering
  • Directing, leading and managing of daily activities of the team
  • Employee development, goal definition and tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field with 4-6 years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication and technical presentation skills in English language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong skills in tool automation & material handling
  • Experience in systems engineering
  • Experience in semiconductor and/or wet chemistry industry is a plus
  • 3D CAD tools such as Siemens NX, Siemens Solid Edge, AutoCAD and others
