About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Fabasoft. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for our client and backend infrastructure, including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, System Center/Endpoint Configuration Manager, and VMware vSphere.
  • Implement IT projects, particularly in the Microsoft environment, and identify, analyze, and resolve problems in the client and backend infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to ensure that IT systems and infrastructure are properly documented and supported.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Completed training with a focus on IT and several years of professional experience.
  • Solid and generalist knowledge of IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft system landscapes, particularly Active Directory, Exchange, and System Center (MECM).
  • High level of initiative, accuracy, perseverance, and assertiveness, as well as very good German and English skills.
