Data Analyst in Retail Risk Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Retail Risk Data Analyst to join our team at RBI. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions to support credit risk governance, focusing on technology, data, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the data delivery process from our Network Banks, ensuring proper data quality and integrity.
  • Conduct data analytics and produce credit risk reports to support Risk and Business decisions.
  • Develop and implement data solutions to support Retail Risk reporting and analytical needs.
  • Manage the design and delivery of data reporting systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Network Banks and other departments to understand data requirements and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in data management and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team on data-related issues and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Experience in Banking industry, preferably in retail credit risk.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data warehousing, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in major data programming languages such as SAS/SQL is required, with knowledge of R, Python, and Java considered advantageous.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Qliksense, Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Business level command of English.
