Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our SRE initiatives at Dynatrace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a clear strategy for our SRE initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Shape the Vision: Develop and execute a clear strategy for our SRE initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Set and track reliability goals: Establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to measure and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with architects and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead the SRE Roadmap: Create, drive, and maintain the SRE roadmap with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.
- Internal Adoption: Coordinate the internal usage of the Dynatrace product, providing feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Reliability Transparency: Offer clear visibility into system reliability to customers and internal stakeholders through health insights and SLA reporting.
- Customer Centric Focus: Apply customer- and user-centric mindset to identify target audience, use cases, requirements, and pain points to ensure our solutions meet their needs.
- 5+ years' hands-on SRE experience in a SaaS environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading a SRE team or a product owner/product management experience in an agile software product environment.
- Passionate about pushing the limits to operate a vast SaaS solution reliable and performant at scale.
- Strong interest and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, SaaS Software.

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
