Responsibilities
Your Key Duties
  • Overseeing and organizing the deployment of personnel and subcontractors to guarantee effective and successful execution of installation projects
  • Supervising and ensuring adherence to safety regulations, timelines, quality standards, budget constraints, and environmental considerations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Creating deficiency reports to pinpoint potential issues or vulnerabilities in the installation and implementing necessary corrective actions
  • Continuously refining processes and workflows through regular assessments and improvement recommendations from team members and subcontractors, ensuring ongoing enhancement of efficiency and quality in global installation projects
  • Developing "As Built" documentation for installation alterations to ensure accurate and thorough records of the installation process, including international assignments
  • Assuming responsibility for international projects and collaborating closely with global teams across various regions
Qualifications
Your Profile
  • Completed education in electrical engineering (HTL, technical school, master craftsman, or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience in industrial facility construction and familiarity with medium-voltage switchgear
  • Proficient in both German and English (B2/C1)
  • Skilled in MS Office and MS Project
  • Willingness to travel and a strong inclination for international assignments
Compensation

Our organization offers a competitive salary package for this role starting at €55,000 gross annually, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
