We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Law Expert to join our innovative Legal Team at Innion. As a leading professional in commercial law, you'll provide authoritative guidance on a wide range of topics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial law and be able to provide expert advice on complex matters. You'll work closely with our corporate functions and business partners to ensure seamless corporate risk management and navigate complex business regulatory landscapes.

About this opportunity:

  • Deliver high-quality legal advice and support to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Provide guidance on compliance matters and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with external counsel to resolve disputes and litigate cases

Your qualifications and skills:

  • A Law degree from a reputable institution; bar admittance is a plus
  • Extensive experience in commercial law, with a focus on contract drafting and negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, with German proficiency and other languages a plus
