Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager at Podero, you'll play a crucial role in defining and delivering our product roadmap, working closely with our engineers to design and improve our API framework, and collaborating with regulators, TSOs, and partners to make trading household device flexibility a reality.
Key Responsibilities- Refine our Product roadmap and issue backlog to ensure alignment with our company goals
- Design and improve our API framework to enable efficient interaction with our software, consumer, and device data
- Work with regulators, TSOs, and partners to make trading household device flexibility a reality
- Manage incidents with customers and provide support during pilot phases
- Research regulations, challenges, and new opportunities for our product in different countries
- Create documentation for our customers and stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience in product development or innovation, ideally in a startup environment
- Deep knowledge of energy markets and household devices, such as heat pumps and PV inverters
- Agile product management skills and experience with OKRs, user story mapping, and basic UI design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
