Workshop / Service Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workshop / Service Coordinator to join our team in Somerton, Victoria.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our busy workshop, ensuring the smooth running of our service department.
What you'll be doing Liaise with Operations team to schedule service appointments and communicate status updatesCoordinate the workflow in the workshop, allocating jobs to technicians and monitoring progressOrder parts and materials required for repairs and maintenanceMaintain accurate records of work orders, parts usage and job costsProvide administrative support to the service department, such as invoicing and filingLiaise with management to identify process improvements and implement efficiency measuresDeliver outstanding customer service and foster positive relationships with clientsWhat we're looking for Proven experience as a service or workshop coordinator, preferably in a similar industryStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of inventory management and parts ordering processesProficiency in using relevant software and computer systemsA keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate recordsA positive, proactive and solutions-oriented attitudeWhat we offer We are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
