Key Responsibilities:Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the team, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and service excellence.Manage all facets of facility operations, including staffing, budgets, maintenance, and admissions, with precision and efficiency.Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, driving outstanding resident outcomes and satisfaction.Cultivate strong, positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and key stakeholders.Support and inspire staff through development initiatives, training, and professional growth opportunities.Oversee and enhance quality assurance processes, identifying opportunities to elevate care delivery and operational excellence.Benefits:Upto $150k base + super + relocation supportValues based organisationA varied role with excellent opportunities to grow your skills and careerOngoing leadership training and opportunities to contribute to strategic initiativesVery strong head office supportHome currently has a waiting list in placeVery high staff retention ratesQualifications and Experience:AHRPA DIV 1 EssentialMinimum 4 years prior management experience in aged careProven experience in a leadership role within the aged care sector.Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.Demonstrated commitment to resident-centred care and continuous quality improvement.If you are passionate about aged care and possess the skills and experience to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
