Facility Manager - Aged Care
Exciting opportunity to start the new year with a highly regarded aged care provider in Queensland.
In the role you will have the opportunity to take on a state of the art facility that holds a strong and stable workforce as well as full accreditation.

Key Responsibilities: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the team, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and service excellence.
Manage all facets of facility operations, including staffing, budgets, maintenance, and admissions, with precision and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, driving outstanding resident outcomes and satisfaction.
Cultivate strong, positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and key stakeholders.
Support and inspire staff through development initiatives, training, and professional growth opportunities.
Oversee and enhance quality assurance processes, identifying opportunities to elevate care delivery and operational excellence.

Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
Demonstrated commitment to resident-centred care and continuous quality improvement.
