It's about making everyday food better for everyone.We are a leading global food company, and the custodian of a host of iconic Kiwi brands like Meadow Fresh, Puhoi Valley, Molenberg, Natures Fresh and Freya's that generations of New Zealand have grown up with and put in their supermarket trolleys every week.We might be biased but we believe our team here at Goodman Fielder is an amazing place to work, and a great team to be part of We're driven by our values - We Grow Together, We Keep Things Simple, We Get Stuff Done.The OpportunityWe have an opportunity for a Facility Manager to work alongside our Office Services team to provide a safe, comfortable, and efficient facility for our colleagues and the wider GFNZ business.To achieve this, your responsibilities will include:Manage the day to day operational and safety requirements of the Head Office on Nelson Street, AucklandDevelop, implement, educate and manage SOPs, to support security card system, induction of new employees, function management, employee car parking, and order of consumablesImplement and manage maintenance, refurbishment and building works (including floorplans)Pool Vehicle Management and MaintenanceOversee Printer fleet across 34 sites, incl maintenance and liaising with supplierInternal Communication re Facility UpdatesManage the site sub lease agreements and conditions on behalf of Goodman Fielder New ZealandMaintain pest control services and requirements for the siteNote: This role has a start date of July 2025.Payrate: $30 to $38.50 per hourHours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)Location: Auckland CBDIs this the right role for you?To make this role a success we are looking for an experienced Facility Manager with a background in a FMCG company and previous experience in Office Management or Facility Management.What we would like to see in your application:Previous experience within a FMCG companyMinimum of 3 years Office Management/Facility Management experience (preferred)Experience in SH&E (Safety, Health & Environment) and JSEA (Job Safety Environment Analysis) proceduresProficient in SAP, processing all invoicingProficient in Rapid Induct processHold a 'Permit Issuer' qualification accredited by the New Zealand Professional BodyExperience in Lucid Chart system software (or similar)What we offerYou will be joining a driven team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together resulting in a highly collaborative and flexible work environment.
