About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Development Manager to lead our development projects as we continue to expand.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire development process—from scouting locations to managing land lots, working closely with builders and designers, and overseeing procurement for each project.
You will ensure that our clinics are built to the highest standards, reflecting our brand's commitment to excellence and innovation.
You will play a crucial role in guiding our projects to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
The role involves frequent interstate and international travel as we grow our presence in new regions.
Key Responsibilities: Location Scouting: Identify and secure prime locations for new clinic developments.On-site Building Management: Oversee on-site operations, ensuring that all construction activities are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.Leases & Property Purchasing: Manage leases and property purchasing negotiations, ensuring alignment with company goals.Collaboration with Builders & Designers: Work closely with our trusted builders and designers to bring our vision to life.Land Management: Manage and oversee the development of land lots from start to finish.Site Building: Ensure the successful construction of each site, managing timelines and quality controls.Procurement: Handle procurement for all materials and services needed for the projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality.Travel: Manage and oversee projects across Australia and New Zealand, with occasional overseas travel to explore new markets and opportunities.About You:
You are an experienced Project Development Manager with a strong background in overseeing property and construction projects, ideally within the healthcare industry.
You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and an eye for detail.
Your excellent organizational skills, combined with your ability to manage multiple projects across different locations, will ensure the smooth execution of each development.
You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering top-tier results, working with various stakeholders to bring ambitious projects to life.
