What You'll Do Achieve flawless 24/7 uptime of at least 99.99% for all provided servicesManage and lead the DevOps and DB teamsBe accountable for the quality of service and performance; ensuring future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans for all associated systemsEnsure that everything that goes into production complies with a set of general requirements including documentation, monitoring, logging, backups and high availability setupEnsure proper release management, including security compliance and reporting to relevant regulatory bodiesAct as the gatekeeper to a stable production environment – ensure that nothing is released to production that has not been fully tested and quality assuredMaintaining services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health, and putting in place a suitable regime to ensure that TechOps and Technical Support teams are alerted to any service disruption or degradation taking place within the Business UnitProvide regular and accurate management reporting on platform service performance.
Ensure that all day-to-day operational activities are carried out in a timely and reliable wayThe Technical Operations Manager will take ownership of infrastructure incidents, ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post-incident review What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or an equivalent qualificationFluent in English, both in spoken and written form3+ years of professional experience in a similar roleExperience leading a team of technical operations staffSoftware development backgroundVast engineering experience with AWS technologies and security best practicesVast engineering experience with SQL ServerProven experience with XXL 24/7 production environments processing trillions of transactions monthlyAbility to work efficiently under pressure with tight deadlines and demanding quality objectivesCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood planning and organizational skillsAWS Certified Solution Architect or equivalent Company Summary Aristocrat Interactive Aristocrat Interactive is Aristocrat Leisure Limited's regulated online Real Money Gaming (RMG) business and was formed in 2024 when the Anaxi and NeoGames businesses came together.
