About Your Role: As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be a driving force behind our growth, blending expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and CRM automation to deliver seamless marketing experiences that align with our business goals.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll manage digital campaigns across three brands, drive SEO strategy, and optimise website performance, ensuring every effort aligns with Unita's strategic objectives.
This is a brand-new role, created due to growth and expansion, offering the perfect opportunity to make your mark.

What Your Days Will Look Like: Manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM, Meta, retargeting) to accelerate growth.Develop and execute innovative growth marketing strategies.Leverage HubSpot to streamline lead management and build automation workflows.Launch campaigns that enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention.Drive SEO strategies to boost search rankings and traffic.Collaborate with content teams for keyword optimisation.Ensure our websites are optimised for usability, speed, and conversions.Use analytics to monitor performance and enhance conversion rates.What You Will Bring to the Role: You have a proven track record in B2B digital marketing and thrive on driving results.
With expertise in SEM, WordPress, UI/UX design, HTML, and with a good understanding of SEO principles, you're comfortable interpreting data to optimise campaigns for performance.
You're highly proficient with HubSpot, building marketing automation workflows and nurturing leads with ease.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and organised, you love to take ownership and accountability in everything you do.
