Permanent Full-time positionJoin our dynamic team in either Brisbane or MelbournePlay a pivotal role in bringing Ramsay's digital marketing strategy to lifeThe Opportunity Join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the Digital Campaign Specialist in executing Ramsay Health Care's digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and activity growth across a broad range of hospital and health services.
Key accountabilities: Implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platformsHelp to grow the online profile of our key services both locally and nationally through engaging experienceWork closely with members of the National Marketing and Communications Team to execute communication strategies where digital is integrated into consumer touch pointsEnsure published information remains up-to-date and relevantManage website content updates across all sitesAssist with testing of website updates and improvementsSupport the team to prioritise and action a broad range of requests in a fast-paced environmentKey Skills and Experience: Experience developing online content and improving customer experience to increase customer engagement and satisfactionScheduling and updating content on digital platforms including website content management systemsStrong understanding of SEO and SEMConfident using tools such as Google analytics, Google tag manager and Looker StudioExperience promoting events and updates using email marketing platformsAgency experience managing multiple digital platforms and projects will be highly regardedDigital marketing training or qualification will be highly regardedYour expertise will be instrumental in elevating Ramsay's digital presence.
