In this 6-month contract role as our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating digital marketing activities and platforms to enhance our customer engagement and communication strategies.
Reporting to the Marketing Automation and Personalisation Lead, you'll focus on optimising customer journeys, driving engagement, and contributing to our sustainability goals by: Coordinating digital marketing activities and customer engagement initiatives across various departments.
Managing automated and personalised campaigns using platforms like Braze, with a focus on customer lifecycle journeys and performance analysis.
Updating and maintaining content on the website to ensure it aligns with digital marketing efforts.
Analysing data from digital channels, social media, and web analytics to derive actionable insights.
Supporting the organisation of promotional campaigns and events to engage our audience effectively.
Who You Are: A strong communicator with a passion for sustainability, you excel in creating compelling content and driving customer engagement.
You're a great fit for this role if you have experience in: Developing customer journeys and managing marketing automation platforms.
Using data and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Writing and proofreading content to ensure clear, engaging communication.
Building strong relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Presenting insights and strategies effectively through both verbal and written communication.
A qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable.
