Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL) schools are located within a diverse and geographically extensive diocese extending across Western Victoria, from the Murray River to the Southern Ocean.
DOBCEL provides governance to 57 schools and partners with them to promote Catholic identity, high-quality learning, and a culture of respectful and trusting relationships.
As the administrative arm of DOBCEL, Catholic Education Ballarat (CEB) provides support, service, and leadership to Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in the Diocese of Ballarat.

About the Role This role ensures high-quality Employee Relations (ER) services for the Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL) by managing ER cases, return-to-work coordination, compliance, and project initiatives.
It supports schools and internal teams to foster positive workplace outcomes.
