This full-time position offers 38 hours per week, a competitive annual salary, and superannuation benefits.
As a Horticulturist, you will predominantly work in the Essendon Fields Precinct on small and large landscape projects focusing on planting, plant identification, and health of all new planting projects.
An MR truck license is an advantage.

Responsibilities Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
