We are seeking an experienced horticulturist to join our team at a prestigious site.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and some greenkeeping experience, with a passion for maintaining and enhancing exceptional grounds.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.Maintain high standards and ensure the visual and environmental quality of the site grounds at all times.Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilising.Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.About YouCertificate III in Horticulture or similar qualificationGreenkeeping skills or willingness to learnHigh standards and attention to detailWorking with Children Check, or willingness to obtainWhite CardValid Drivers' licenseTeam player with excellent communication skillsOur Team & CultureDiscover Green by Nature, our purpose is to enhance lives by constructing, nurturing, and maintaining exceptional green spaces.
