DutiesInclude but are not limited to:
Developing and implementing the overall business strategy for the company;Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business;Communicating with and managing relationships with key stakeholders;Monitoring market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth, market positioning, and cost efficiencies;Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team in the company;Working with senior management to design revenue targets and formulate work schedules to achieve corporate goals;Motivating, training, and developing employees to build a teamwork environment in the company.QualificationsThe following are desirable:
