About the role Cater Care is opening a new Allpress Espresso location at Sydney Domestic Airport.
We're looking for an Assistant Manager to come and lead our team.
Our new Espresso bar will be serving our famous Allpress blends and a small seasonal menu.
We are offering a full-time position with a variety of shifts across the week.
As the Assistant Manager, you will take the helm of our Café, leading a new small team to:
Be our Coffee Champion, Coaching, sharing your knowledge.Lead the team to deliver excellent service to our customers.Ensure budgets and KPI's are being met.Ensure the kitchen and FOH operations run seamlessly.Adhere to food hygiene, cleaning & safety practices.Supervise, direct, and coach the team.About you We are looking for a seasoned Assistant Manager with a confident and vibrant demeanor to own the space and lead the team to deliver friendly and seamless service to our customers.
To nail this role you'll need:
