As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll inspire and lead our dedicated staff to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
This is a very hands on role, where you willl be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining high restaurant standards, and upholding our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Your Responsibilities
Manage rostering, recruitment, and stock management Ensure compliance with restaurant regulations Oversee profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs Develop and nurture team potential Engage with the local community to make a positive impact What We're Looking For
Minimum of 6 months management expereince Strong leadership skills with a history of managing large teams Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage budgets Passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-first approach Commitment to a minimum 12-month stay Ready to Join Us?
