Assistant Restaurant Manager - Quick Service | Sydney Join a rapidly growing brand renowned for its vibrant QSR atmosphere, high-quality food, and exceptional guest experience.
As the Assistant Manager , you'll play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager and leading a BOH team of 10+ in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
The position offers the opportunity to work with a brand that has set the benchmark in quick-service dining since 2014.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in daily kitchen operations and managing stock control, ordering, and food preparation.
Supporting budget management, including rostering and COGS.
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and product quality.
Leading and inspiring the team to ensure exceptional performance and productivity.
About You: To excel in this role, you'll bring: Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, QSR restaurant.
A strong commitment to food quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
