About The Role
Here at MHIAA, we are looking for our next Technical Sales Assistant to join a collaborative team based in our North Lakes office in QLD to support the continued growth of our company.
Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will be eager to learn, able to build relationships with new customers, and foster relationships with our key stakeholders.
You will produce quotations for the state and also be a key support for our regional sales account managers.
What You'll Do:
Assist with the management of technical sales.
Maintain project registry quotations.
Support technical queries and sales presentations.
Provide piping and wiring schematics, and technical submissions for technical products and Control Systems.
Create and maintain financial and statistical reports using spreadsheets.
Support the Technical Sales Manager by visiting consultants and mechanical contractors as required.
Update relevant information held in Navision for all account holders.
Attend and present at customer meetings, internal meetings, and company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
Ensure technical information and software are current and available.
What You'll Bring:
Full Australian working rights are essential.
Engineering Degree or refrigeration trade certificate.
1-2 years of relevant work experience within admin or sales.
Competency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
A desire to build a corporate career within HVAC.
