About the Role: VU TAFE has an opportunity for a Senior Educator to join our dynamic Community Services Department. The role will collaborate closely with the Manager, Early Childhood & Community Services and teaching staff to deliver high-quality, student-focused education and services while fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your leadership skills and advance your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position, working 38 hours per week (1.0 FTE), at the Senior Educator Level 1 classification, with a salary of $115,855 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation. About You: The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about community services education and committed to sharing their extensive practical knowledge with others. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the community services sector, a commitment to the development of future professionals, and a drive to continuously improve educational practices. Experience in leading teams, managing educational programs, and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment is highly valued.
You must have current:
